I think banks need to do much more to let customers knows about interest rates, savings accounts and investing options like ISAs. When I asked they gave me brochures, and their websites have lots of nice pics but not much info or details that I wanted to know. I was put off even before I started. And I am actively looking. They need to be much more customer friendly.
